order cancellation
The customer can request the cancellation of the order within 12 hours from the moment he submits it and if the shipping process has not started. In this case, the money is fully refunded to the customer in the same way as the payment was made. Example: If the customer paid with a credit-debit card it will be credited to the card. If the payment was made by deposit to a bank account, the refund will be made to the customer's bank account.
To cancel the order, the customer should send an email to info@artemis-alexandroupoli.gr or a fax to 2551037651 and request the cancellation of the order stating its serial number, full name, contact phone, landline and mobile. In the event that the order has been shipped and is on its way to delivery, the amount of the shipment's transportation costs as well as the transportation of the return to our headquarters is withheld.
